Throwback to a musical farewell for Dr Philip Tabane

Malombo music pioneer and guitar genius Dr Philip Tabane passed away on this day in 2018. The man whose unique sounds inspired generations of musicians whose craft is rooted in the beating of the cowhide drums synonymous with his Malombo music was sent off to the blowing of flutes, trumpets and beating of drums.
