HE was a friendly, engaging and resourcesful man who loved his job of putting Limpopo high up on the world’s tourism man. Journalists, ordinary folk and other tourism stakeholders often found themselves eating out of his hand.
But on 4 September, Limpopo Tourism Authority’s dependable media liaison officer Ntlhekeng Kgatla breathed his last.
Scores of people, including colleagues, journalists, family and friends packed the community hall in Nirvana, Polokwane to pay their last remember the man who laughed just as easily as he sold his province as a major tourist destination.
Kgatla will be buried this weekend in Polokwane.
